Learn more about my projects at the Hydrous HERE. My work combines marine science, technology, expeditions, and ocean education .
Since 2005, I've worked and volunteered in a number of formal and informal learning environments, including schools, museums, aquariums, and outdoor education programs. During my PhD, I recognized the enormous need to teach science across venues, and enjoyed working with creative minds to build understanding and appreciation for natural environments, especially coral reefs. Two examples of these collaborations are Reefs on the Edge, an art exhibition about coral reefs and climate change, and Liquid Jungle, an immersive electronic environment.
